FAQs

  • Do you do commission works?
Yes, I’m currently accepting commission works. You can check my Omakase Commission or contact me by clicking here.

Can I get your artwork tattooed on me?
As long as it’s not a commissioned work, you definitely can use my artwork for your tattoo design by getting a Tattoo Ticket. It would be an honor to see my works become a permanent part of your life :)

Love your artwork! Can I use your works for my brand/company?
I’m open to collaboration opportunities with brands/companies. Contact me to discuss it further.

I love your style! Can you do (insert character name)?
You can either commission me by clicking here or wait until I have time to draw it. I read all the comments and requests, and if there are a lot of requests for a specific character, I’ll definitely put it on my priority to-do list :))

Can I visit your studio? Also, do you have a physical shop?
While I’m honored that you want to visit my studio, unfortunately, my studio isn’t open to the public. I also don’t have any physical shop, you can just click here to buy my works.

  • When will my order arrive?
It depends on your country. From my experience, it usually takes 14-30 days, sometimes longer during peak seasons such as holidays. Note that due to COVID and/or customs, the delivery time might take longer.

Unfortunately, while I do my best to ensure your order is delivered on time, I can’t take any responsibility for any late/failed deliveries due to circumstances beyond my control.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with details of your ordered items and shipping information. Please double-check the info and contact me promptly in case of a mistake. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting me.

    Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you the day they’re shipped.

You can track the package by filling out the tracking number here.
(fill in the tracking number and the security code located on the right side)

I don't find my country during checkout. Can you ship there?
If you don't find your country on the shipping list during checkout, please contact me and tell me what country are you from. I will contact the post office to check the availability and the rates, then add the country to my shipping list if the post office can deliver the package there.

    Additional info on delivery:
Any package returned to me due to an incomplete/incorrect address will be re-shipped at your expense or refunded (minus the shipping fee).

If you’re unable to receive the package during the delivery date or if the package doesn’t fit your mailbox, the carrier will leave a notice which can be used to collect the package at the post office/pick-up station for an indicated time. You can check the info by tracking your package on the internet as well. If the package is sent back to me because you didn’t pick it up, it will be reshipped at your expense or refunded (minus the shipping fee).

My order is damaged when it arrived! help!
While I try my best to ensure that the packaging is durable enough to withstand international journeys, sometimes accidents happen. If your package or items have been damaged during deliveries, please email me promptly, and attach pictures of the damaged package/items to your email. You can either ask for replacements or refunds.

If possible, please address any issues concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, bent/torn, punctured, etc) to the carrier when you receive the order.

    Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available for situations such as:
    - returned packages to me due to incomplete/incorrect address, or when you didn’t pick up the package.
    - Damaged items during delivery (picture proof needed)
    - Mistakes from my end, such as sending different/fewer items from the confirmed order. (picture proof needed).

In case of missing/lost packages during transit, please try to contact the carrier first before contacting me.

  • What do you use to make your art?
Currently, I use Procreate on iPad pro (11” 2020 model) with an apple pencil. I also use photoshop for the final touch to add textures.

Do you make traditional/original/hand-drawn physical artwork?
I was, but for now, my work is completely digital. I’d love to create some good ol’ school drawings in the future :)

How do you get to this style?
Lots of practice and experiments. I always love the traditional printmaking, the looks of ukiyo-e and Japanese tattoos, also other Japanese media like manga, anime, and games. All of them eventually mixed together to become the style I’m working with now. I might keep doing this style or improve it or change it in the future. We’ll see how it goes :)
